To our valued Zedric’s guests,

It's with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of our Quarry Crossing and Stone Oak Crossing retail locations on May 29, 2020.

Orders scheduled for pickup at either of these locations will be available for pickup at our Colonnade location, or can be scheduled for free delivery. We will be reaching out to all of these impacted guests directly.

Due to the substantial drop in sales at Quarry and Stone Oak locations as a consequence of COVID-19, it leaves no choice other than to consolidate our operations to our original Colonnade location.

March, April and May are always our busiest months, and that business helps sustain us throughout the year. With COVID, our sales were cut by 80%, leaving us in the position to have to make some very difficult decisions.

We know that many of you have supported our Quarry and Stone Oak locations these last few years, and for that we are most grateful. We welcome you to continue shopping with Zedric’s by visiting our Colonnade location, or using our Free Delivery, Curb-side, or Pickup services via https://zedrics.com.

Zedric’s is a 100% San Antonio locally owned and operated business. We not only want to do right by Zedric’s staff and vendors but our city as well.

By consolidating our operations at the Colonnade location, we can continue our mission of providing excellent tasting healthy food for San Antonio, while keeping as much of our wonderful staff as possible.

Rest assured, with these changes we plan on continuing our operations in the manner you love and come to expect.

Thanks again for your continued business and support!

If you have any feedback, please reach out to me at zach@zedrics.com.

Sincerely,

Zach Zedric Lutton

Workouts Geared Towards Beginners

Hi, everyone. Over the next two weeks I’m going to address workouts geared at two groups: beginners and Intermediates. I want to share my thoughts on how much you should workout (number of days) along with how much time (number of minutes). I hope this will help you to create a plan as we move forward or offer you some clarity if you have already started one.
