We created a perfectly balanced dish made with a wild rice and jasmine rice blend for the base. Then we added in some shredded chicken breast, sauteed red onions, mushrooms, and steamed broccoli. We finish this dish with some fresh chopped parsley, green onions and red chili flakes to give it a little kick.
