Boiling eggs is so easy BUT when I’m ready to throw together a salad or a quick meal, it’s a pain to pull out the eggs, check the expiration date, cook them up and peel them.
If I make them up ahead, they usually sit until they go bad.
When I order from Zedricks, I make sure that we eat everything before the expiration date. I plan ahead knowing exactly what’s on the refrigerator shelf.
Plus, the eggs are perfectly done...not over or undercooked, and their whites are smooth and not gouged from peeling.
