Chipotle Marinated Grilled Chicken

We had this meal last night and I regret freezing this one although it’s under the ‘freezable’ category. The chicken was good but very light on the chipotle seasoning. The cauliflower rice and zucchini was just a flavorless, watery mess and we ended up throwing it away. If I order this one again I most definitely would not freeze it.

I liked this dish. I think the mix of cauliflower rice with zucchini is really tasty. The chicken was good, but I didn't think it was very flavorful and would have liked more of the Chipotle flavor!

First time trying this dish! It was good and will try again.

The cauliflower rice is just too much in this dish for some reason.

It was alright. It wasn't very chipotle. The regular size had too much cauliflower rice.
