Seared Beef Tips

I'm unsure if maybe they ran out of the need tips... but the meal I got was a burger patty, mushrooms, mashed potato. I had to double check, because I thought I misread the label and grabbed some other meal.
The meal was flavorful, there was a sour taste that I can't quite figure out what, but it was mostly when I'd eat the onions and mushrooms. The mashed potato was very flavorful.
Not in my top 10, but it served its purpose.

The meat was a little rough abs something tasted sour. Will try again.

I purchased 15 meals. Tried the beef tip meal and could not chew the beef. It was very tough and tasteless along with the mashed potatoes being flavorless. I have tried two others that were okay. But the beef tip meal had to be thrown out.
