FAQ

How are my meals packed?

All of our items arrive in reusable, recyclable, 100% BPA-free, microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe containers. All items are put into an great looking Zedric's insulated bag with ice packs.

Please save your insulated bag and ice packs, we will pick them up on your next delivery in our efforts to reduce waste and be environmentally considerate.  

Do you deliver to businesses or just residences?

We are now delivering to both!  

Please leave us detailed instructions in the Order Notes during checkout, with the best way to make your delivery if you work at a business with a parking garage or other tricky delivery situations.

When will it arrive?

Your order will typically arrive within a 4 hour window on your delivery date, with orders usually arriving in the late afternoon.  

When your fresh meals arrive, please refrigerate immediately to ensure the best quality! 

What if I have a guard gate?

If you reside in a gated community, please advise the security guard to allow deliveries from Zedric's, or please type in your gate code in the Order Notes section of your order.  

Our delivery team can then bring your meals right up to your door!

I don't see my zip code!
