We thought we needed some sides options. We don’t think Zedrics offers enough sides options and some with their meals are smallish. This hit the spot even though we are not big rice fans except for Chinese takeout

Paired this with the fish tacos and it was a perfect meal. The rice is so nice and tender. Typically I feel the lime tends to get lost in cilantro lime rice but it really comes through giving this rice a nice light flavor. Perfect!
