Refund & Order Pickup Policy

At Zedric’s, we take pride in providing freshly prepared, high-quality meals. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once food has left the store for safety reasons.


Refund & Exchange Policy

General Policy

  • Once food has left the store, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for safety reasons.

Receipted Refunds

  • With a valid receipt, eligible refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Gift Receipt Returns

  • Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Zedric’s Gift Card.

  • Refund amounts will reflect any discounts or promotions applied to the original purchase.

Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and discounted items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • All sales on these items are final.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Refund amounts for eligible returns will be adjusted to reflect the value of any discounts, promotions, or free gifts applied at the time of purchase.

No Receipt Returns/Exchanges

  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required for any return or exchange without a receipt.

  • Refunds for approved non-receipted items will be issued in the form of a Zedric’s Gift Card.

If you are unsatisfied with a product, please visit your local store or email us at contact@zedrics.com. We will review each concern on a case-by-case basis.

Zedric’s reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund.

Order Pickup Policy

Order Preparation & Pickup Window

  • Our meals are made fresh to order and all orders are packed upon purchase confirmation.

  • Orders must be picked up within seven (7) days to ensure quality and food safety.

  • Rescheduled orders within the 7-day pickup window are not covered by our 6/7-day shelf guarantee policy. This policy starts when your order is packed, and meals cannot be exchanged after packing. While we provide a 7-day grace period for pickup, we recommend collecting your order on the scheduled date to ensure optimal meal longevity and the freshest experience. 

Abandoned Orders

  • Orders not collected within the seven-day pickup window will be considered abandoned and disposed of according to health and safety guidelines.

No Refunds for Unclaimed Orders

  • Because our meals are made fresh to order, we cannot issue refunds for unclaimed orders. We hold all orders for 7 days!

  • Preparation and production costs are incurred once your order is placed.
