Actually made me like meatloaf!

This meatloaf was tender with a medium cook and a moist sauce. The corn and mashed potatoes were also tasty. This dish made me actually like meatloaf.

Meatloaf?? “Where’s the beef”

This was definitely NOT your momma’s meatloaf!!! This was like a piece of something tasting like a plant based hockey puck with no flavor of meat (beef) in the loaf. That said, fortunately the corn and potatoes tasted good and I was able to come up with a different beef substitute.
