Roasted Turkey with Cajun Butter

Its very moist and the cajun butter gives just the right amount of flavor. Made me like turkey again haven’t eaten turkey in years.

Always on my weekly list. The turkey is cooked perfectly tender. The butter has so much flavor.

Love the perfectly small servings.

I was looking forward to this dish, but it was disappointing. My turkey was dry. The Cajun butter did not have enough flavor to season the meat. I am not a fan of adding bacon to vegetables, so I wasn't happy with the side either. I would have preferred seasoned meatless vegetables, and perhaps adding a scoop of mashed potatoes.

The side dish is the star and the turkey is good.
