Tough meat

Flavor was great. Mushrooms and potatoes were seasoned well. Lots of flavor. Meat too. Plenty of flavor. However the meat was SUPER TOUGH. Almost dry. Even the smaller pieces were tough and my jaw certainly got a workout with this plate. 3 stars cause it’s the only tough meat choice I have rcvd from all my orders with zedrics. All other expectations were met except for the hard to chew meat on this one.

Get the regular because it's so good you're going to want more. These guys are very good Cooks and this is one of my favorite steak plates. I know, I know!! it defeats the purpose of being on a strict caloric intake diet!! But...
