Delicious!

When ordering I was worried it would be greasy or not hold well for a few days; I was wrong! It was so good! It is flavorful, just enough sauce and not greasy at all. I definitely plan on getting it again

I used some tortillas to make this more into a taco for breakfast, but the eggs were a bit slimy after warming them up. I might throw all of this in a skillet and then serve next time. Which sort of defeats the purpose or ready-made, but I get the eggs can't also be too try or hard.
