Chicken Enchilada Casserole

The chicken enchilada casserole was not what I was expecting. Honestly it does not look very appealing to me because of the color . I saved this as my last meal of the week and let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised that it’s pretty good! Now it’s first meal I grab for the week !

Good enchilada casserole! It is tasty and fills you up. I would definitely order again.

The enchilada portion is delicious! The tice is mousy and not dry. However, the rice was bland and unseasoned. Once we seasoned it a bit, it made a great enchilada casserole.

I found it to be pretty bland. Not at all what I expected.

pollo is bland (so add Cholula!) and arroz is seco; won't get again; the small is enough
