The taste was good I just thought the portion was small. This would be perfect with a side salad.

I know it’s a casserole but this on chips without the rice is fire. I personally think the rice makes the texture too mushy. Maybe an option to order without rice?

Chicken Enchilada Casserole is now on my favorites list. It is very tasty and a side bonus is the price. I will definitely buy it again.

The chicken enchilada casserole was not what I was expecting. Honestly it does not look very appealing to me because of the color . I saved this as my last meal of the week and let me tell you that I was pleasantly surprised that it’s pretty good! Now it’s first meal I grab for the week !
