Orange Chicken With A Warm Edamame Salad

Takeout-style orange chicken, minus the stuff you don't want. We start with a clean-label tempura chicken breast — real chicken, light crisp coating, no mystery ingredients — and toss it in an orange sauce we make from scratch: fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh ginger and garlic, rice wine vinegar, and gluten-free, low-sodium tamari. Bright, sticky, and a little tangy without going full candy.
