Ranch-Seasoned Chicken with Mozzarella & Bacon

First of all, the seasoning on the chicken was great and there were a TON of Brussels sprouts that I frankly couldn't finish. The issue I had was with the chicken getting overcooked and extremely dry, which I honestly blame on myself for cooking for 2 minutes instead of like 1:15 or something. It was a risk getting a chicken breast anyway since they're known to dry out easily, and I just messed up here. Maybe I'll try again one day, but for now, I'll pass on chicken dishes, sadly.

The chicken was delicious but the zucchini was mushy and very little texture. Would like it sliced bigger to have that nice texture.

Very good but not consistent. I had 2 of these in my order, one was perfect. Good portion. The other was a very small chicken portion. Noticeably smaller than the other one.

I never gave this meal a taste test, it went right in the garbage. I realize cooked zucchini can give off liquid after they’re cooked, but this meal was just plain nasty. The overly cooked zucchini sat in an inch of milky liquid that was a complete turn off. I won’t be ordering this meal again. I guess I assumed the individuals that prep the orders would first inspect the meal’s contents before placing it into the bag.
