An American classic done nicely. The Not-So-Nice: The instructions specified a 60-90 second cook time, but I had to double that using my microwave (1000 watts). I like my food steaming hot, but the center was still cool after 90 seconds, thus the additional time. Perhaps cooking instructions need slight modification. I also feel the green beans should have been slightly blanched or sautéed before packing. While I do enjoy some crisp to my veggies, these were way under, even after the lengthened cook time. The Good: The steak patty and gravy had a nice Salisbury flavor to it (is there such a thing,) but it was slightly dry. Im sure the dryness was due to the additional cook time I added, so not their fault. The potatoes were spot on and made exactly like I make my own…cooked with the skin on, mashed ever so slightly, leaving small chunks of potatoes for mouth feel, all blended with butter, sour cream, and some spices. Good stuff! This one’s a keeper for me.
My son said he did not like the taste of this one.

The sides are delicious, but I wasn’t a fan of the meat.
I mean... it's a burger patty. With some kind of gravy. Right? Well... no. Not exactly. I'm not sure what seasonings they use but this is one of my fav dishes. Mouthwatering... delicious. Not kidding.
