A good portion

The steak and eggs were quite tasty. The eggs were well seasoned. The steak seemed to have a lot of gristle. The taste was fine.

Satisfying and filling

It looks like a small portion but all that protein is so filling! I especially loved the pico de Gallo (no spice) bits in the ultra fluffy eggs and the crumbly bits of steak included. Those were still so juicy even after being microwaved and I just really enjoyed the fun little pops of steak in my eggs.
