So good!

One of my favorites! It smells so good when I peel off the wrap! I eat with Quest Chili Lime chips like a taco salad.

Uneven diced

Sweet potatoes not diced uniformly threw me off. some big pieces ,some small.

This is great by itself or with guacamole on top. You can also add cherry tomatoes, roasted green pepper or pearl onions to the mixture if you need more for a complete meal.

I enjoyed the taste of this dish but overall is was very soggy.

Simply delicious

I tried this one on a whim and immediately kicked myself for not getting more. The small portion was more than enough. The flavors are delicious. This is my new favorite!
